Complete the attached A La Carte Order Form and send it to ovanspeonyfarm@yahoo.com with your name and wedding date in  the subject line.

Within a week of receiving your Order Form, we will email you an estimate for your wedding flowers based on the details you provided.

After approving your order, send a non-refundable deposit of 20% of your order amount and a signed copy of our contract to reserve your wedding date on our calendar.  Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. Checks(payable to Ovans Peony Farm) and cash preferred.  5 weeks prior to your event, we will reconnect with you.  Additions and small changes can be made at this time.

We'll have your flowers carefully packaged and ready for your pick-up at our Beaver Dam Farm on the date and time specified on your final order.

In order to secure our design service and reserve the date of your wedding, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required along with this signed contract.  The balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to your event.  Payment ma be made in cash or by check payable to Ovans Peony Farm.

The client agrees to communicate any color preferences.  By signing this contract the client authorizes floral substitution within a specific color palate.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the wedding date will receive a refund on all monies paid, less non-refundable deposit.  Please let us know if there are extenuating circumstances and we will do our best to work with you.

Additions, substitutions and small changes can be made up to 30 days prior to the wedding.  Sorry, we cannot reduce your order less than 30 days prior to your wedding.  The peonies are perishables and cannot just be placed back on the shelve.  Requested changes must be submitted in writing to ovanspeonyfarm@yahoo.com with your name and wedding date in the subject line.
